Jean-Luc, Managing Partner and co-founder of the firm, is a finance expert with a wealth of experience. Before setting up DSA in 1981, he worked for the World Bank and spent 6 years with PwC.
He has extensive expertise in accounting, auditing and corporate finance, including taxation. His career also includes direct experience as a financial advisor and strategic analyst in the private equity sector. In addition, he has extensive experience as a direct investor in small and medium-sized companies, as well as in leveraged buyouts (LBOs).
Pascal NOEL
Partner, DECF
As a partner in DSA Groupe since 1999, Pascal specializes in the audiovisual, construction, and public works sectors. His area of expertise includes risk assessment and managing teams of diverse professionals. These teams focus on the implementation and security of information and telecommunication systems, guaranteeing continuity of service.
Benjamin ZEITOUN
Partner, Chartered Accountant, Graduate of HEC Paris
After working as an auditor at Deloitte, Benjamin joined DSA in 2010. Thanks to his versatile skills, he is able to meet all our customers’ legal and contractual needs. He excels in areas such as company valuations, business plans and financial consolidations.
Vanessa COME
Partner, Chief Financial Officer
After holding a support position as CFO of the DSA group, Vanessa now also manages a diversified customer portfolio (modeling agency, hotel business, family-office…). She has specialized her skills in outsourced financial management.
Mouhcine EL GORCHE
Partner, Mission Director
Master’s degree in CCA. After an initial experience with MAZARS Mouhcine joined DSA in 2017. Today, he heads up the Accountancy and Consulting division, where he assists our customers with their development projects. It has particular expertise in the automation of accounting production.
Albane MEMPONTE
Associate, Project Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Management, Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Master’s degree 2 in Corporate Finance After several years in Société Générale’s mergers & acquisitions department and Merrill Lynch’s equity market analysis department, Albane joined DSA as an account manager. Its mission is to support our customers and their teams in defining, structuring, and deploying their equity and debt transactions.
