The French group, specializing in business consulting, has just finalized its merger with the DSA group, headed by Jean-Luc Sfez. The Parisian firm, specializing in accounting, taxation and financial engineering, has been supporting French and international SMEs for more than 40 years.
This new operation, which closely follows the announcement of the merger with the 2L Expert firm in the south-west of France, reflects the group’s good growth dynamic. DSA, a firm founded and managed since 1981 by Jean-Luc Sfez and Jean-Luc Zbirou, today has nearly fifty employees, specialized in tax, social, accounting and legal professions. For more than 40 years, the firm has supported several thousand clients in Île-de-France and internationally, mainly SMEs, in their development and growth strategy.
