The French group, specializing in business consulting, has just finalized its merger with the DSA group, headed by Jean-Luc Sfez. DSA, a firm founded and managed since 1981 by Jean-Luc Sfez and Jean-Luc Zbirou, today has nearly fifty employees, specialized in tax, social, accounting and legal professions. For more than 40 years, the firm has supported several thousand clients in Île-de-France and internationally, mainly SMEs, in their development and growth strategy. The firm has a turnover of 5 million euros.

- Transpose of the strategy of the TGS France group in the Île-de-France region while consolidating the latter’s anchoring in the territory.
- Develop the customer portfolio, drawing on the group’s new skills.

Nourished by the same values, the same vision of our professions, and the same ambitions, it became obvious to me that an association with the TGS France group would be beneficial to everyone. For more than 40 years, we have also supported SMEs in their daily issues and their development. Tomorrow, thanks to the group, we will be able to offer these same customers a more global and structured offer. This new dimension will allow us to consolidate our presence in the Île-de-France region and internationally and support the development of the firm in Paris. We must recognize the know-how of the TGS France group but also promote the latter’s commitments in the territories. declares Jean-Luc Sfez, Founding Director of the DSA group, new Associate Director of the TGS France group.
