TGS France is joining forces with the Parisian firm DSA and thus consolidating its presence in Île-de-France.

TGS France is continuing its regional development strategy through external growth at the start of the year. The French group, specializing in business consulting, has just finalized its merger with the DSA group, headed by Jean-Luc Sfez. The Parisian firm, specializing in accounting, taxation and financial engineering, has been supporting French and international SMEs for more than 40 years.

This new operation, which closely follows the announcement of the merger with the 2L Expert firm in the south-west of France, reflects the group’s good growth dynamic. In addition, this merger with DSA establishes the TGS France group in the Île-de-France region and strengthens its international expertise.

Worn by sustained growth over the last five years and with a consolidated turnover of nearly 135 million euros in 2023, TGS France is pursuing an external growth strategy begun in 2017. After the acquisition, at the end of 2023, of an accounting firm in the south-west of France, TGS France has chosen, this time, to strengthen its positions in Île-de-France. On January 5, TGS France and the DSA group have formalized the merger of their structure. The group therefore now has more than 1,750 employees with complementary profiles (accountants, lawyers, consultants, IT specialists, auditors, etc.).

DSA, a firm founded and managed since 1981 by Jean-Luc Sfez and Jean-Luc Zbirou, today has nearly fifty employees, specialized in tax, social, accounting and legal professions. For more than 40 years, the firm has supported several thousand clients in Île-de-France and internationally, mainly SMEs, in their development and growth strategy. The firm has a turnover of 5 million euros.

At the same time, Jean-Luc Sfez, director of the DSA group, joins the group’s college of partners, as Associate Director TGS France. Its missions will consist of:

“The merger with TGS France is an opportunity that we immediately seized. Nourished by the same values, the same vision of our professions, and the same ambitions, it became obvious to me that an association with the TGS France group would be beneficial to everyone. For more than 40 years, we have also supported SMEs in their daily issues and their development. Tomorrow, thanks to the group, we will be able to offer these same customers a more global and structured offer. This new dimension will allow us to consolidate our presence in the Île-de-France region and internationally and support the development of the firm in Paris. We must recognize the know-how of the TGS France group but also promote the latter’s commitments in the territories. declares Jean-Luc Sfez, Founding Director of the DSA group, new Associate Director of the TGS France group.
